Once you order a repair from our website (or custom repair invoice), you'll receive an email with instructions on how to package the console and where to send it using whichever mail service you prefer (we're located in Washington State). Make sure to check your spam folder after you order in case the confirmation email ends up there. Our prices cover return shipping.
We normally have about a 5 business day turnaround, from the time we receive the console to the time we ship it back to you. However, all packages are being held in quarantine for a day in response to COVID-19 and shipments from China have been coming very late, so our repair time is now a bit longer to complete. Once the console is out of quarantine, we'll send an email with your scheduled repair date. For return shipping, we ship large consoles via UPS ground and Nintendo Switches via USPS small flat rate priority shipping.
We always test all primary functions of a console before shipping it out (ie, controllers, docks, game and SD card readers, disc drives, hard drives, USB and HDMI ports, etc.) If the console is not repairable, we can send it back to you or recycle it here locally and refund your card, minus a $30 bench fee for the time we spent attempting to repair it.
Thanks for stopping by and we look forward to repairing your console!
